Well, the 1st of January 2005! Seems like a good time to start jotting down my thoughts....
Where am I and what am I doing? I'm in West Hollywood, CA with my missus and my son (who's now 18 months old - whoa - he's growing up fast) and our dog. We drove from MA about 6 months ago and took 7 weeks to cross - good times, no responsibilities, just all of us in a new Subaru packed to the limits, with a huge topbox too. 18 hotels, lots of road and lots of great memories. Our first Christmas and New Year in CA. I'm in LA to act and sing, I have an agent and I'm about to start working with another. New headshots to update my look taken a couple of weeks back but I've only just received the contact sheet (yep, shot on film, not digi. Looks better!). Already shot a lo-budget movie with Director Michael Sibay (his last work was A Woman, her men and her futon, '92). Nice little cameo part, shot on 16mm I think. Pro crew though! That was a few months ago and since I've started another film with Director Gary Chong. Great script about people skipping from conscious and unconscious world and influencing events in real life. More filming next week. There's been four rewrites and a couple of cast changes - very fluid project but it's going to be a superb film. Hopefully, it'll do the LA film festivals when it's done. Let's see. I now have my American Equity card.... more later... baby duties =)
